Michele Flynch, PhD, RN

Overview
Michele Flynch, PhD, RN is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Columbia University School of Nursing appointed to the T32 Project: Reducing Health Disparities Through Informatics. Her research interest focuses on firearm violence prevention in underserved communities, with particular emphasis on addressing the underlying social, economic, and environmental factors that contribute to firearm violence. Through her work, she aims to develop evidence-based interventions that promote community safety and health equity.
