Teaching has been a central passion for Eleni Pellazgu for more than 10 years. She has taught at all levels of nursing education covering didactic and clinical subjects. Her teaching philosophy revolves around integrating theoretical knowledge with practical applications, ensuring students are ready to meet real-world challenges. Pellazgu holds a dual doctorate in nursing research and executive leadership from Rutgers University and Walden University. With a commitment to advancing healthcare education and improving patient outcomes, her research focuses on student education, preventative medicine, and metabolic health. Pellazgu's commitment to evidence-based practice drives her scholarly work, where she consistently integrates the latest research into clinical education and practice. With more than 17 years of nursing experience and a decade as an advanced practice nurse, Pellazgu has worked across inpatient and outpatient settings.
