Awards
Ashley Graham-Perel will receive NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing’s Estelle Osborne Award on February 2, 2023. The award honors African American and Black nursing alumni and faculty who have advanced the professional development of nurses, have served as role models, and continue to be active leaders in the nursing profession.
Meghan Reading Turchioe, PhD ’18, was a finalist for the American Heart Association Council on Cardiovascular and Stroke Nursing’s Martha N. Hill Early Career Investigator Award.

Donna Drucker’s book Fertility Technology, part of the MIT Press Essential Knowledge series, will be released on March 7, 2023. The book is a concise history of fertility technology from the mid-nineteenth century to the present, with a short afterword following the June 2022 Dobbs decision reversing the right to abortion in the US.
