Ambulatory Care Network at Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital Honors Maletz

Beth Maletz, DNP, an assistant professor of nursing at CUMC, has received the 2024 Nursing Clinical Excellence Award for an Advance Practice Nurse from the Ambulatory Care Network (ACN) at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital. 

Maletz, a pediatric psychiatry nurse practitioner at Washington Heights Family Health Center and behavioral health co-lead on the Maternal and Child Integrated Mental Health Program (MAC-IMP), received the award on May 15, 2024.  She joined Columbia's Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division in 2011 and launched MAC-IMP in 2020. 

“This award supports what we have all known about Beth’s dedication, compassion for her patients, and innovation in her programmatic and clinic work,” colleagues said in an email announcing the award.
