Washington Post: Judge Kacsmaryk’s medication abortion decision distorts a key precedent

Assistant Director Donna J. Drucker, PhD, wrote to the Washington Post about the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit’s partial stay on Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk's ruling suspending the FDA's approval of mifepristone, a drug used in medication abortions, and Kacsmaryk’s misinterpretation of the 1936 decision in United States v. One Package.
